SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders from Lamps & Vases are packaged with great care – I do everything in my power to avoid shipping accidents. Orders to destinations within Canada & United States ship with Canada Post. I will request a shipping address before any payment is taken so I can give you a personalized shipping quote. I aim to ship orders within three business days following a received payment. Orders to international destinations outside of Canada and the United States are delt with on a case-to-case basis. I will ask for your address before any payment is taken so I can accurately quote you a customised shipping cost. Lamps and Vases won’t be responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that might be applied to international shipments.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Each Lamps & Vases piece is handmade and completely unique. Because of this I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you look carefully at the item you are interested in before purchasing. I am happy to send additional photos at your request. That being said, please contact me if there is an issue with your order so that we can work out a solution together.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or though the lampsandvases Instagram DMs within 48 hours of delivery to let me know of any damages or missing items. On the rare occasion that an item is damaged while it is being shipped, I will refund the cost of the piece only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. I may decline to refund an order if I am not informed of an issue within 48 hours of arrival.
